We at Red Line Tours once again look forward to offering you the best of Los Angeles over the course of the ISEF Convention. Before you book your tour please read the following Terms & Conditions. Once you have read them please click on the green TICKETS button to the right to see the tours we are offering this year.

Terms & Conditions

1. DEPARTURE POINT: All tours meet and depart from the Tours Desk located at ISEF Registration at the designated time on your ticket.
2. RETURN LOCATION: All tours return to the start point at the LA Convention Center at the time also designated on your ticket.. The Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm tours are the only exception and include 4 centralized drop off points near hotels on the return.
3. LATE ARRIVALS: Tours will not be held for late arrivals and must arrive back on time. Remember that other participants may be on a time sensitive sechedule. Late arrivals forfeit their place. No refunds will be given for late arrivals.
4. LATE ARRIVALS ON BREAKS: If you are late to return to the designated meeting location following an "on your own" break period the tour guide has the authority to continue the tour and the late arriving participant will be required to return to the start location at their own ecpense. Please be courteous to other participants.
5. REFUND POLICY: Due to obligations with our vendors based on presold capacity tickets we cannot offer refiunds. All ticket sales are final. You may transfer your ticket to another ISEF attendee if you must forfeit your place.
6. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - Tours have a minimum number of participants required to operate. If you purchased a tour ticket and the tour does not operate due to capacity issues we will refund your ticket.
7. CITY TOUR INCLUSIONS: Please note that we will make every effort to maintain all places included in the city tour description, however, due to various factors beyond our control including but not limited to traffic conditions, road blocks, health emergency of a participant or other events beyond our control that would hinder our ability to honor the inclusion, the tour guide has the authority to eliminate that inclusion at their discretion. Participants assume some level of risk in this matter. We cannot refund or partial refund for events such as this that are beyond our control.
8. MOUNT WILSON OBSERVATORY- The Mount Wilson Observatory Tour includes a one hour lunch break when you arrive. There are no concessions on the mountain. Please remember to prepurchase and bring a packed lunch with you!

ARE THE TOURS A GOOD VALUE? We try to keep the tours at a good value for ISEF attendees. A typcial city tour in Los Angeles costs approximately $80 and we are providing the same tour for $68 as an example.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE COST? All tours include the cost of motorcoach transportation, a tour guide, administrative costs for producing the tour including staffing the regisration desk. The Disneyland tour also ncludes a 1-Day/1-Park Ticket in the cost.
